We shoot every style of e-commerce product photography from our Downtown Los Angeles studio: white background, color background, flat lay, ghost mannequin, and on-model apparel; reflective products like jewelry, watches, and metal hardware; fabric and textiles such as bedding, home goods, and knitwear; and food, beauty, supplements, and electronics. We also create Amazon infographics, lifestyle imagery, and product videos, all with calibrated, accurate color. We focus on studio photography, where we fully control lighting and consistency, and offer on-site commercial shoots for large products that can't ship.
No. There's no minimum order, and we'll shoot a single photo if that's all you need. No contract, no membership. Orders of 50+ photos get 15% off the per-photo rate automatically.
Standard turnaround is 7 business days from when we receive your products and final details. Rush delivery is 3 to 5 business days for a 25% surcharge, or 1 to 2 business days for 50%. If you're not in a hurry, an extended 12+ day turnaround gets you 5% off.
Most of our clients are outside Los Angeles. About 90% ship their products to our Downtown LA studio at 824 S Los Angeles St, Suite 600, and we ship everything back once the shoot is done (just include a return label). If you're local, you can drop off in person any weekday between 9am and 5pm. We've shot for 300+ brands nationwide this way.
Minor revisions like crops, color adjustments, and infographic copy tweaks are always included until you're satisfied. In practice, revisions are rare. Before we ever pick up the camera, we confirm every shooting detail and build your shot list together, so the photos come out right the first time. For larger projects, we can shoot a small sample batch first, so you can see our quality and dial in the details before committing to the full order.
Yes. Every image comes with lifetime usage rights. You get permanent, unlimited commercial use across Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, your website, social media, ads, and print, with no licensing fees, royalties, or expiration dates ever.
No. We handle the pre-production so your team doesn't have to. The shot list is collaborative: we'll build it with you based on your project, or you can provide your own. We source models and props and handle the logistics. If you have specific models, props, or reference images in mind, we'll work them in. For apparel we offer flat lay, ghost mannequin, and on-model options, including plus-size models on request.
Yes. If you already have product images or supplier and manufacturer photos, send us the links and we'll retouch and edit them. That covers main images and supporting images for your Amazon listings, background removal, and white-background conversion. It's a great option for large or bulky products that are difficult to ship.
Yes. Amazon requires the main image of every listing to be on a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255). Every white-background photo we deliver meets Amazon's image requirements out of the box, so your listings won't get flagged. We also shoot color background, lifestyle, and infographic images for your secondary slots, everything Amazon and FBA sellers need for a complete, conversion-ready listing.
