What are Amazon’s main image requirements?+

Amazon requires the main image of every listing to be on a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255), with the product filling at least 85% of the frame, no props, no text, no logos, no watermarks. Image must be at least 1000 pixels on the longest side for zoom. Every white background photo we deliver meets these specs, so your listings will not get suppressed or flagged.

How much does Amazon product photography cost?+

Most product photos are $15 each. Setup is a one-time $100 fee per product type. Amazon infographics start at $99 each. Clothing runs $20 to $25 depending on the style. Every photo includes Amazon-compliant white background, full retouching, color correction, and lifetime usage rights. No editing fees, no licensing costs, no hidden add-ons. Do you create Amazon A+ Content?+

Yes. We shoot the photography and design the imagery for Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) modules: hero lifestyle shots, comparison charts, brand-story images, ingredient breakdowns, and more. Scope and price depend on how many modules your A+ template uses. Contact us for a custom quote based on your layout.

Can you design my Amazon infographics?+

Yes. Infographics for slots 2 through 7 are where Amazon conversion is actually decided. We design feature callouts, scale comparisons, ingredient breakdowns, benefit graphics, and lifestyle context shots. Each starts at $99. We can duplicate a single infographic layout across multiple SKUs at a lower rate. Minor design and copy revisions are always included.

How long does Amazon photography take?+

Standard turnaround is 7 business days from when we receive your products and final shot list. Rush delivery is 3 to 5 business days for a 25% surcharge, or 1 to 2 business days for 50%, which is the option most Amazon sellers use ahead of Prime Day, BFCM, or new product launches. Extended 12+ day turnaround gets 5% off.

I’m an Amazon FBA seller outside Los Angeles. How does this work?+

About 90% of our Amazon clients ship to us from outside California. Send your products to our Downtown LA studio at 824 S Los Angeles St, Suite 600. Include a return shipping label and we will send them back once the shoot is done. Most products go straight from us back to your FBA warehouse, so there is no extra step. We have shot for 300+ Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy brands nationwide this way.

Can you edit photos my supplier or factory already sent?+

Yes. If your supplier or manufacturer sent product images, share the links and we will retouch them to meet Amazon’s main image standards: background removal, white background conversion, color correction, and Amazon-spec sizing. Useful for large or bulky products that are hard to ship, or for getting an existing catalog Amazon-compliant fast.

Can you handle a large Amazon catalog (50+ SKUs)?+

Yes. Orders of 50+ photos automatically get 15% off the per photo rate. We have done multi-hundred SKU shoots for Amazon and Shopify catalogs. For very large catalogs (300+ SKUs), we can phase delivery so you can start uploading to Amazon while we keep shooting the rest.

Do I own the photos? Can I use them anywhere besides Amazon?+

Yes. Every image comes with lifetime usage rights: permanent, unlimited commercial use across Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, your own website, social media, paid ads, and print, with no licensing fees, royalties, or expiration dates ever.

What if my photos get flagged by Amazon?+

Every white background photo we deliver meets Amazon’s image specs out of the box (RGB 255 white, 85% product fill, no props, 1000px+ resolution). If anything ever does get flagged for a spec issue we missed, we will re-edit and re-deliver at no charge. This is rare. Across 300+ Amazon sellers, we can count on one hand the times this has come up.
