Ship or drop-off

Ship or drop-off your product(s) to our studio in Downtown Los Angeles.

Receive

Accept the final delivery and upload them to your listing, website, or social media!

Proposals

After explaining your needs to us, a project manager will send you a project proposal. Upon approval of the proposal, you will be automatically guided to reviewing/signing a customized contract. Upon signing, you will be guided to pay a 50% deposit.

Payment

Our team starts the project as soon as a 50% deposit payment is received. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the final delivery.

Turnaround time

Turnaround time is 7 business days. Rush service is available for a 25% surcharge.

Studio location

Products can be dropped off or shipped at: 824 S Los Angeles St #600 Los Angeles, CA 90014.

File tech specs

Ratio options available: 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 9:16 Full resolution and web optimized files included .jpg, .png, psd, .tiff, and other file types available. Colors are precisely measured and matched to be delivered in the web-standard sRGB color profile.

Revisions

We are always happy to make minor revisions such as crops, color adjustments, and copy-write on infographics.
