Ship or drop off your products to our studio in Downtown Los Angeles. Depending on the project, we may need multiple pieces per product or specific sizes.
Once your shot list is finalized, you'll receive an invoice for the 50% deposit. We'll begin your project as soon as we receive both the product and the deposit. Standard turnaround is 7 business days, with rush (3–5 days) and express (1–2 days) options available.
Our photographers will start by capturing your products. Once the shoot is complete, the images are passed to our retouching team to refine the details, ensuring each photo is polished. Final color correction is done to accurately match real-world tones.
Once your project is ready, we'll email you the final invoice. As soon as that's taken care of, we'll send over your download link.
After the shoot, we can ship your products back if you provide a return label, or you're welcome to pick them up from the studio. If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks, the items will be donated.
For clothing projects, we recommend using the same size for all flatlays (size M is standard). For ghost mannequin shots, please send Medium/Large for men and Medium for women. If needed, we can provide exact measurements to help you decide.
Our team starts the project as soon as a 50% deposit payment is received. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the final delivery.

One round of minor revisions is included on every project — crops, color adjustments, and copy corrections on infographics. No surprise charges. Most projects don't need revisions because we confirm all details before shooting.
